Fruit Salad Dessert

My neighbor made this and brought it to my parents home when my father passed away. Much later down the road, I finally ask for the recipe and it's been a hit every time I make it here.
Ingredients
- fruit Salad shopping list
- 2 (2-lb) cans chunk pineapple shopping list
- 2 (1-lb) cans mandarin oranges shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) bottle maraschino cherries shopping list
- 5 - 6 sliced bananas shopping list
- 2 small boxes vanilla pudding, (not instant) shopping list
How to make it
- Drain all fruit.
- Save pineapple juice.
- Cook pudding according to directions, instead of milk use pineapple juice and water to make the right amount of liquid. When cool add to fruit mixture. Refrigerate.
