Spareribs and Sauerkraut

- 32 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained. shopping list
- 3 pounds country-style spareribs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons paprika shopping list
- 6 beef bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1/2 tespoon caraway seeds shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 10 slices of bacon shopping list
- flour shopping list
How to make it
- Place the rinsed and drained sauerkraut in a large 4-quart casserole.
- Add 2 quarts of hot water.
- Add uncooked spareribs, paprika, bouillon cubes, caraway seeds and pepper.
- Cook, covered, over low heat for 3-4 hours.
- Remove bones from sauerkraut.
- Coat bacon in flour and fry each slice.
- Break bacon into sauerkraut.
- Serve with good dark bread.
