Hot Pimiento Cheese Spread Recipe

How to make it

  • Grate cheese with a fine grater and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine pimientos, mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce; add to grated cheese. Using a wooden spoon, stir cheese and mayonnaise mixture until well-combined. Adjust seasoning by adding more hot pepper sauce to taste if desired.
  • Store in refrigerator in a covered container. Serve chilled with crudites or crackers, or spread on bread.

    Oh this sounds really good, I love pimiento cheese, especially on rye or pumpernickle bread. Like the idea of the pepper sauce added to it :)
