A new twist on an old favorite Pimiento cheese spread... Hot!

Ingredients
- (1 TABLESPOON) SERVINGS
- 1 pound Longhorn or sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2-ounce) jar pimientos, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
Directions
- Grate cheese with a fine grater and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine pimientos, mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce; add to grated cheese. Using a wooden spoon, stir cheese and mayonnaise mixture until well-combined. Adjust seasoning by adding more hot pepper sauce to taste if desired.
- Store in refrigerator in a covered container. Serve chilled with crudites or crackers, or spread on bread.
