    Sounds good we do avocado salsa same stuff but with out the cream cheese and with jalepanos in blender TIP for all alvocado dips & salsas all ways keep the seeds in the bowl with it it keeps it green longer

    Sounds great, I have been making this for years using some sour cream and mayo and lime juice. But definetly will try it this way. Thanks for this different take on this avacado dip/spead.

    there are no instructions or what it is best served with? I can guess, but would be better for beginners if directions where there.

    I have a similar recipe from Paddinton Markets In Sydney Australia circa 1985, I have made it regularly. Its better than a standard guacamole recipe
    1 ripe AVOCADO, 125 grams softened CREAM CHEESE, 1 Tblspn chopped ONION, 1/2 juice of 1 LEMON, TABASCO SAUCE to taste.
    BLEND ALL TOGETHER in Food Processer till smooth & creamy,Serve with nacho corn chips
