Southern Corn Pudding Recipe
This is a southern-tradition dish. It can be served with smoked beef tenderloin, grilled chicken, or sliced country ham. Great accompaniment.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh corn, (can use frozen niblets, but fresh is best)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 pound melted butter

Directions
  1. Beat eggs, add heavy cream and slowly add the dry ingredients. Add corn and stir in melted butter.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  3. Serves 4.
