River City Salade Parmesan

- 5 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive or salad oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- Dash of salt shopping list
- 10 to 12 cups torn salad greens shopping list
- croutons, broken walnuts, crumbled goat cheese, and/or a little balsamic vinegar (these are are all optional) Your choice. shopping list
How to make it
- NOTE: You can make ahead of time by mixing the dressing in the bowl and putting the lettuce on top "unmixed" until serving time.
- Now, on your mark, get set, ready, GO.....
- In a large bowl, combine +3 tablespoons+ of the Parmesan cheese, the olive oil, lemon juice, dry mustard, pepper, garlic, and salt.
- TOP with salad greens.
- See how fast that was!
- If desired, add your choice of croutons, goat cheese, walnuts, and balsamic vinegar before serving. TOSS WELL. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
