One Giant Burger Recipe
Use as a main dish or and idea for a casual party. One big juicy burger for everyone to cut to size and customize. Kids love to claim their "section" of the burger.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 teaspoons chili sauce
  • cheese (s) of choice
  • toppings of choice; tomatoes, lettuce, onion rings, etc.
  • rolls to serve

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. On a sheet pan with edges, shape patty into a circle OR a rectangular loaf.
  3. Spread chili sauce onto top of big patty.
  4. "Score" into individual sections. Everyone will get their own.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle "sections" with cheese of choice.
  7. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes.
  8. Cut into squares or wedges and serve with favorite toppings.
