How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • On a sheet pan with edges, shape patty into a circle OR a rectangular loaf.
  • Spread chili sauce onto top of big patty.
  • "Score" into individual sections. Everyone will get their own.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
  • Sprinkle "sections" with cheese of choice.
  • Bake an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • Cut into squares or wedges and serve with favorite toppings.
