Fabulous Fisherman Stuffed Fillets Recipe
These are fantastic stuffed flounder fillets. Even if you don't think you like fish, this will probably change your mind. It's also very healthy and easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 4 ounces canned crabmeat, picked through for shells
  • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 4 tespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2-3/4 cup chablis or dry white wine
  • water

Directions
  1. To make stuffing, in a small bowl, combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, butter, lemon juice, onion, parsley, garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Divide among fillets.
  4. Roll up, secure with toothpicks.
  5. In a skillet, arrange fillets, seam side down.
  6. Pour wine and about 1/2 cup water over fillets.
  7. Heat to boiling
  8. Reduce heat to low, cover.
  9. Simmer 8-10 minutes until done.
  10. Serve with vegetables and baked potato.
