How to make it

  • To make stuffing, in a small bowl, combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, butter, lemon juice, onion, parsley, garlic powder and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Divide among fillets.
  • Roll up, secure with toothpicks.
  • In a skillet, arrange fillets, seam side down.
  • Pour wine and about 1/2 cup water over fillets.
  • Heat to boiling
  • Reduce heat to low, cover.
  • Simmer 8-10 minutes until done.
  • Serve with vegetables and baked potato.
