Fabulous Fisherman Stuffed Fillets

- 4 flounder fillets shopping list
- 4 ounces canned crabmeat, picked through for shells shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs shopping list
- 4 tespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2-3/4 cup chablis or dry white wine shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- To make stuffing, in a small bowl, combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, butter, lemon juice, onion, parsley, garlic powder and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Divide among fillets.
- Roll up, secure with toothpicks.
- In a skillet, arrange fillets, seam side down.
- Pour wine and about 1/2 cup water over fillets.
- Heat to boiling
- Reduce heat to low, cover.
- Simmer 8-10 minutes until done.
- Serve with vegetables and baked potato.
