Alpine Cheese Fondue

- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- water shopping list
- 6-8 tablespoons chablis shopping list
- 1 large galic clove, minced shopping list
- 6 ounces shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup, condensed shopping list
- assorted raw vegetables; broccoli,cauliflou, carrots, etc. shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine mustar and 1/4 teaspoon water.
- In a small saucepan or fondue pot over low heat, heat wine,1/2 cup water and garlic until hot.
- Do not boil.
- In a small bowl, toss cheese with flour, add to wine mixture, stirring until cheese melts.
- Add soup and reserved mustard mixture.
- Heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with raw veggies or dark bread cubes.
