How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine mustar and 1/4 teaspoon water.
  • In a small saucepan or fondue pot over low heat, heat wine,1/2 cup water and garlic until hot.
  • Do not boil.
  • In a small bowl, toss cheese with flour, add to wine mixture, stirring until cheese melts.
  • Add soup and reserved mustard mixture.
  • Heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with raw veggies or dark bread cubes.
