Parsley Pasta

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups of flour shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1/4C finely chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Follow directions on how to make normal egg pasta and just whisk the parsley into the egg before adding to the flour.
- (i.e. Combine flour and salt. Make a well and add the lightly whisked egg and parsley. Using your hands slowly bring the flour in to the egg until it forms a dough. If it is too sticky add a teaspoon of flour at a time, if it is too dry add a teaspoon of water. Knead for 7 minutes. Allow to rest for 20 minutes before rolling out.)
