How to make it

  • Heat the ghee in a pan. Once heated add besan slowly part by part avoiding lumps formation mix it well. Now keep the flame on low. You have to keep stirring until the aroma comes, not the aroma of burning, so you have to keep stirring. Add the powdered sugar and then mix well. Now add the almonds and shape the mixture into balls.
