How to make it

  • Mix together hamburger, bread crumbs, salt, accent, milk, and onion.
  • Form into tiny balls.
  • Meatballs:
  • Roll in flour and brown in butter (1 used butter flavored Crisco, it doesn’t burn like butter does or Nuco Margarine, if available).
  • Sauce:
  • Combine molasses, tobasco sauce, vinegar, marjoram, and catsup.
  • Pour over meatballs; simmer 10 minutes, stirring several times until meatballs are glazed.
  • Yield: 60 meatballs at 4 per person.
