Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mash yolks in a small bowl until they resembles course crumbs.
  • Add in mustard, Miracle Whip, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, mix well.
  • You can taste at this time and add more or less mustard to you taste.
  • Spoon or pipe into eggs halves.
  • Sprinkle lightly with paprika and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    I've posted this tip before, but I will once again. If you rubber band the egg carton closed (with the raw eggs inside) and tip it on its side overnight in the refrigerator, the yolks will stay in the middle of the egg making it easier to fill the hard cooked whites. Just a little cooking trivia. :)
