Ingredients

1 package pork chops ( any cut)

1large onion ( sliced)

1each Green. Red Orange and Yellow bell pepper( sliced)

3 ounces olive Oil

3 cups flour

Salt.Pepper and garlic Powder to taste

Directions

Season pork chops with salt pepper and garlic powder to taste

Heat olive oil in skillet on medium high

Batter xhops in flour

Brown chops in both sides(do not cook them completely)

Place onions and peppers in the bottom of a large pan

Place the chops in the pan on topof the onions and peppers

Cover with foil and place in oven at 400degrees for 30 to 40 minutes

Chops will be tender and juicy
