How to make it

  • Melt butter and cocoa together. Beat in eggs and sugar till well blended. Beat in flour and vanilla.
  • Spray waffle iron with cooking spray when it is cold. Heat iron on medium heat. Drop from a cookie dropper onto waffle iron and close lid. Cook about 1 minute.
  • Remove from iron and let cool.
  • Add all ingredients and boil bring to a boil. When it starts to boil constantly stir and scrap sides of pan down and time for 1 minute.
  • Frosting:
  • Add 6 oz or ½ bag of chocolate chips. Beat with hand mixer. Frosting will be thin. Spoon on cookies.
