This is a basic marinade that will flat out rock your cuts of beef. Simply marinate the steak for a few hours in this and you will experience a serious mouth party.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbs. grated ginger root
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. sherry
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbs. honey

Directions
  1. Mix above together and add steaks. Marinate for minimum 4-5 hours. Double amount if using more than 3-4 steaks.
