How to make it

  • Cook the beans, according to directions (see pressure cooking beans recipe, if necessary). Add salsa, onion, diced tomatoes, olive oil, and bouillon. Stir well. Boil down for 1/2 hour over medium heat, stirring occasionally, or pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve over hot rice.
  • Top with fresh salsa and Tabasco to individual taste.
