Ingredients

How to make it

  • Puree the beans in blender or with immersion blender
  • Add garlic
  • Add as much liquid as you need to make a smooth but not watery puree
  • Place in microwave safe bowl (or nonstick sauce pan)
  • Heat gently (75% power) until beans are hot
  • Season w/ S&P
  • Drizzle with EVOO
  • Garnish w/rosemary & parsley
  • Serve hot.
