Salmon Fillets With Herbed Crust Recipe
I love salmon and this is one of my favorite ways to eat it. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoons minced basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced dill
  • 1 tablespoon chilled butter cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry.
  3. In food processor coarsely chop pecans.
  4. Add fresh herbs, butter, seasoned salt and pepper.
  5. Pulse process until all ingredients are mixed and a solid mixture forms.
  6. Place salmon fillets skin side down on lightly greased baking pan.
  7. Top each fillet with nut mixture patting it on to form crust.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.
