Salmon Fillets with Herbed Crust

- 1/2 cup toasted pecans shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoons minced basil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced dill shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chilled butter cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper shopping list
- 4 salmon fillets shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry.
- In food processor coarsely chop pecans.
- Add fresh herbs, butter, seasoned salt and pepper.
- Pulse process until all ingredients are mixed and a solid mixture forms.
- Place salmon fillets skin side down on lightly greased baking pan.
- Top each fillet with nut mixture patting it on to form crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
