Curried Chicken

This is a recipe I obtained from my Indian friend Karin. She is an incredible cook and served this at one of our "girls night" out parties. We all loved it. Hope you do too.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt shopping list
- 3/4 cup lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grated lime peel shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3 pounds chicken pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl then stir to combine.
- Add chicken and toss to coat.
- Marinate overnight turning chicken occasionally.
- Grill chicken basting frequently with marinade.
