This is a recipe I obtained from my Indian friend Karin. She is an incredible cook and served this at one of our "girls night" out parties. We all loved it. Hope you do too.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime peel
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 pounds chicken pieces

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl then stir to combine.
  2. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Marinate overnight turning chicken occasionally.
  4. Grill chicken basting frequently with marinade.
