Ingredients
  • 1 lb pork fillets
  • 10 oz canned pineapple pieces
  • 13 0z coconut milk
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp red curry past
  • 2 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 tbs brown sugar

Directions
  1. slice pork
  2. drain pineapple pieces
  3. heat oil in wok or pan and cook curry paste
  4. add meat and stir-fry
  5. pour in coconut milk and bringto a boil
  6. boil 5 min. reduce heat season with lemon juice,
  7. fish sauce,sugat,add pineapple and heat
