I recieved this recipe from one of the nurses in Recovery when I worked at the hospital. Anytime we had a holiday get together she was always ask to bring her Shrimp Ball
Ingredients
- shrimp Ball Recipe shopping list
- Cooked Frozen baby shrimp (defrosted) (1-2 8oz. packages) chopped fine shopping list
- 8 oz packages (2) regular cream cheese (softened) shopping list
- 1 stick butter (softened) shopping list
- 1/4 onion (diced) shopping list
- 1 T. Worstishire Sauce shopping list
- 1 t. ground pepper shopping list
- 2 T. lemon juice shopping list
- shrimp COCKTAIL SAUCE shopping list
- 1 12 OZ BOTTLE chili sauce shopping list
- 1TBSP lemon juicE shopping list
- 1TBSP LEA AND PERRINS WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE shopping list
- 1TBSP horseradish shopping list
- MIX TOGETHER, CHILL. THIS CAN BE MAKE AHEAD OF TIME. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in bowl. Form into ball. Wrap in Saran Wrap. Keep refrigerated overnight until firm.
- Place in center of large platter. Pour Shrimp coctail sauce with horsersadish on top to decorate. Fresh parsley sprinkled on top to decorate for Christmas colors. Arrange favorite crackers around to serve.
