Estate sale purchased recipe that I have tried and love. I love pears so couldn't resist this one.

Ingredients
  • 4 peeled and diced pears
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup flour

Directions
  1. Fill pie tin half full of pears then cover with white sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Mix brown sugar, butter, oats and flour together and press down on top of apples.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
