I made up these cookies for World Nutella Day. I based the recipe on a peanut butter cookie but omitted the peanut butter for nutella, along with a couple other changes.

Ok, these are yum. We made them with our daughter today. Quite easy to make. And yes putting get more Nutella between two cookies is a good idea :)

what is fleur de sel and demerara sugar?
brilynn 1 year, 9 months ago said:
Demerara is coarse dark brown sugar.
Fleur de sel is a French sea salt, it imparts more flavour than regular salt and gives a little bit of that sweet and savoury taste.

YUMMMMMM!!!!!! I just baked them!!! They are delicious and you can really taste the Demerara sugar! They are delish! Next time i make them i'm making a double batch! they are VERY flat but equally delicious! If you don't like that many chocolate chips you can omit them and they still taste great! If you want you can put a couple chocolate chips on the top! (white chocolate are awesome too!!)
