How to make it

  • 1. Place china grass and water in a pot and bring to boil till all the china grass dilutes.
  • 2. Add in sugar and mango. Stir well.
  • 3. Add in milk which had been slightly beaten with egg.
  • 4. Stir on low heat for a few minutes.
  • 5. Pour into moulds or tray and put in slice mangos.
  • 6. Leave to set. When cooled, keep in the fridge.

    Thanks wokkingmum. I forgot about that. Yeah, gelatine can be used to replace china grass.

    It's jelly strips. It's been dried. To make jelly, just boil the strips with water and add flavors. I'm sorry, I didn't realise that ingredient... You can use jelly powder / instant jelly powder.
