Mango Pudding

- 10 g china grass shopping list
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 bowl ripe mangos ~ puree shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- slice mangos shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Place china grass and water in a pot and bring to boil till all the china grass dilutes.
- 2. Add in sugar and mango. Stir well.
- 3. Add in milk which had been slightly beaten with egg.
- 4. Stir on low heat for a few minutes.
- 5. Pour into moulds or tray and put in slice mangos.
- 6. Leave to set. When cooled, keep in the fridge.
