How to make it

  • In Dutch oven, saute garlic, onion and celery in oil.
  • Add vegetables, bouillon cubes and seasonings.
  • Add 6 cups water.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  • Add pasta, chick peas and kidney beans.
  • Return to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  • Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
