Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate cake mix (the kind without the pudding in the mix)

1 package instant chocolate pudding mix

3/4 cup oil

1 cup water

4 eggs

1 (6 oz) bag of chocolate chips

1 pint sour cream

Directions

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray

Mix all ingredients and place in crockpot

Cook on LOW for 6 hours

Try not to lift the lid

Serve with ice cream

Does it matter what size pot you have? I have a 5qt round, and a 6qt oval...which would be best? If you say the 5qt, what temp would be low? That pot has an temperature dial, not Low, Warm, High.

Altho' I altered the recipe a little, it finished cooking in about 3.5 hours in my larger Rival cooker, on low. This cake was better than diving into a vat of chocolate pudding (PMS).
