How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 375
  • Be sure fish is clean
  • Find your baking rack and spray it on front and back Now set it aside for a while atop a freezer sheet
  • Lay out fillets on the countertop on a large sheet of freezer ,wrap and sprinkle them evenly with the seafood seasonings ( creole)Mix all imgrediemts together in small bowl
  • Arrange the fillets on bakimg rack after dredgimg them with bread crumbs
  • Beffore yo u PUT them in Oven SPRAY THE FILLET S ON FRONT AND BACK WITH PAM
  • tHE MINCED PARSLEY AND ONIONS=TWIRLS ARE THE GARNISH
  • HERE IS THE ZESTY SAUCE i USE
  • Spicy Citrus Cream Topping
  • 180z container light sour cream
  • 1 blespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tblespoon minced green onoin
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp lime j=zest
  • 1tspn garlic cayenne sauce
  • 2Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp creole sasoning
  • Stir all ingredients untilthey are blended and smooth
  • Cover and chill until you are ready to eat
