Magic Reindeer Food Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup red or green sugar crystals (for cake decorating)

PLEASE do not use any glitter! It looks nice, but it is toxic to birds and wildlife!

Directions

Combine ingredients.

Pack in containers and attach poem.

POEM:

Be sure to take this magic food and sprinkle on the lawn.

On Christmas, Santa's reindeer travel miles before the dawn.

The smell of oats and glitter path will guide them on their way.

And you'll wake up to Santa's gifts next morn on Christmas Day!

We did this Christmas for my granddaughter and she took everyone in her class some dust with the poem, it was a big hit. We got alot of calls from parents for the recipe.
