- 1 pound hot sausage shopping list
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa shopping list
- 1-1/2 cup chopped cooked potatoes shopping list
- 1 tablespoons hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chopped red onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 4 large flour tortillas shopping list
- 2 cup prepared meatless chili shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble sausage into large skillet then cook over medium heat until browned stirring constantly.
- Drain off any drippings then add remaining ingredients except tortillas, chili and cheese.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Warm tortillas and place 1 cup sausage mixture in center of each tortilla then fold to close.
- Heat chili in small saucepan until hot stirring occasionally.
- Top each folded tortilla with 1/2 cup chili and 2 tablespoons cheese.
- Serve hot.
