How to make it

  • In a bowl combine a few dashes of olive oil, a few dashes of Basalmic, and some choice herbs.
  • Cut up the tomato into chunks of comparable size to the bread.
  • Toss tomatoes with dressing and set aside.
  • In a bowl combine garlic, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, and herbs. Mix well.
  • Toss cubed bread in OO mixture, turning to coat evenly.
  • In hot pan, saute bread until toasted and warm.
  • Immediately add to tomato mixture.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • If desired, add cubed cheese.
  • Either eat, chill, or let set.
