Oreo cookie creamcake

Not very Swedish, I know... but oh so delicious! Found the recipe on a Swedish cooking website
Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies shopping list
- 60 g (1/2 stick) butter shopping list
- 1 tsp instant coffee shopping list
- 26 marshmallows shopping list
- 1 1/2 dl (1/2 cup) milk shopping list
- 3 dl (1 1/4 cup) cream shopping list
- 2 tsp icing sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Coarsly chop 10 cookies, take remaining cookies and mix them in a mixer until only crumbs remain
- Melt butter and mix with the cookie crumbs and instant coffee
- Press the mix into a pie tin and put in the fridge to cool
- Melt the marshmallows in milk on low heat, keep stirring until all the marshmallows have melted and let it cool
- Whip the cream and mix into the marshmallowmilk with the chopped cookies
- Pour the mix into the pie crust, even out the surface and place in fridge until the mix is set
- Dust the cake with icing sugar and cocoa powder
- Enjoy!
