Ingredients

2 BIG FLAVORFUL JUICY YELLOW LEMONS

8 BIG RED CHILLIES

1 GARLIC CLOVE

1-2 TBS SUGAR OR HONEY

2 TBS OLIVE OIL

1 TBS LIGHTLY CRUSHED MUSTARD POWDER

1 TBS VINEGAR

1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER

SALT TO TASTE

Directions

CUT WHOLE LEMONS INTO SMALL CHUNKS AND PUT IN BLENDER

CHOP THE CHILLIES INTO 1 CM PIECES AND MIX WITH LEMON.

PUT REMAINING INGREDIENTS INTO BLENDER.CLOSE THE LID AND SWITCH ON.YOU CAN EITHER CRUSH THE RELISH VERY FINE OR CRUSHED COARSELY, ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE...CHECK OUT THE SALT AS LEMONS LOVE A LOT OF SALT.PUT THE MIXTURE IN A LITTLE JAR AND KEEP IN THE FRIDGE OR YOU CAN USE IT IMMEDIATELY...IT IS AN INTERESTING DIP FOR CHIPS.
