- 2 BIG FLAVORFUL JUICY YELLOW LEMONS
- 8 BIG RED CHILLIES
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE
- 1-2 TBS SUGAR OR HONEY
- 2 TBS OLIVE OIL
- 1 TBS LIGHTLY CRUSHED MUSTARD POWDER
- 1 TBS VINEGAR
- 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
- SALT TO TASTE
Directions
- CUT WHOLE LEMONS INTO SMALL CHUNKS AND PUT IN BLENDER
- CHOP THE CHILLIES INTO 1 CM PIECES AND MIX WITH LEMON.
- PUT REMAINING INGREDIENTS INTO BLENDER.CLOSE THE LID AND SWITCH ON.YOU CAN EITHER CRUSH THE RELISH VERY FINE OR CRUSHED COARSELY, ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE...CHECK OUT THE SALT AS LEMONS LOVE A LOT OF SALT.PUT THE MIXTURE IN A LITTLE JAR AND KEEP IN THE FRIDGE OR YOU CAN USE IT IMMEDIATELY...IT IS AN INTERESTING DIP FOR CHIPS.
