- 2 BIG FLAVORFUL JUICY YELLOW lemons shopping list
- 8 BIG RED CHILLIES, CLEANED shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, CLEANED shopping list
- 1 INCH PIECE OF GINGER, CLEANED shopping list
- 1-2 TBS honey shopping list
- 2 TBS olive oil shopping list
- 1 TBS LIGHTLY CRUSHED mustard powder shopping list
- 1 TBS vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 TSP turmeric powder shopping list
- salt TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- CUT WHOLE LEMONS INTO SMALL CHUNKS AND PUT IN BLENDER
- CHOP THE CHILLIES INTO 1 CM PIECES AND MIX WITH LEMON.
- PUT REMAINING INGREDIENTS INTO BLENDER.CLOSE THE LID AND SWITCH ON.YOU CAN EITHER CRUSH THE RELISH VERY FINE OR CRUSHED COARSELY, ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE...CHECK OUT THE SALT AS LEMONS LOVE A LOT OF SALT.PUT THE MIXTURE IN A LITTLE JAR AND KEEP IN THE FRIDGE OR YOU CAN USE IT IMMEDIATELY...IT IS AN INTERESTING DIP FOR CHIPS.
