How to make it

  • For the dressing
  • mix all ingredients together and set aside
  • For the salad
  • Spray an 8 to 10 inch skillet with non stick spray
  • heat over meduim/high heat
  • cook chicken 15 to 20 minutes until juices run clear and center is no longer pink
  • remove chicken to cutting board
  • Add dressing to skillet and stir to loosen any pan drippings just heat through.
  • remove dressing from heat
  • cut chicken into slices or bite size pieces
  • arrange spinach on serving plates
  • top with chicken and strawberries
  • drizzle with dressing
  • top with walnuts
  • enjoy

    Really white balsamic? Haven't seen it yet here will have to look for it I love the stuff so many uses. I think the main reason most cooks do not try it is they do not relize or know it is a sweet vinegar. A bit pricy yes but a little goes a long long way and it adds such wonderful flavor.

    Hello, Youtoo! Great recipe! Most don't realize just how well strawberries go with balsamic -- and now that we can get WHITE balsamic -- sky's the limit! Thanks for a great post; it's a keeper -- I've already printed it off..
