Swiss Baked Mushrooms

My Mom passed this recipe to me years ago and it's great with any kind of roast or grilled meat. Let me know what you think.
Ingredients
- 2 Medium onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 Pounds mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1/4 Cup white wine shopping list
- 2 Cups shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 6 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet heat the butter, add the mushrooms and onions, and saute until the liquid is evaporated. Stir in the wine, nutmeg, and pepper. Turn the mixture into a pie plate and sprinkle with the cheese and paprika.
- Bake in a 425 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes until bubbly.
