Swiss Baked Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

2 Medium onions, finely chopped

1 1/2 Pounds mushrooms sliced

1/4 Cup White wine

2 Cups shredded swiss cheese

6 Tablespoons butter

1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 Teaspoon pepper

Directions

In a large skillet heat the butter, add the mushrooms and onions, and saute until the liquid is evaporated. Stir in the wine, nutmeg, and pepper. Turn the mixture into a pie plate and sprinkle with the cheese and paprika.

Bake in a 425 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes until bubbly.
