How to make it

  • Mix together first four ingredients and brown under broiler. (keep and eye on it, burns easily) about 15 min.
  • Reserve two cups.
  • Press the rest in the bottom of a cake pan.
  • Top with pudding, sliced bananas, cool whip and remaing coconut mix.
