Chocolate Espresso Sorbet Recipe
Decadent, easy to make, for the Chocoholic you can add more chocolate.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups coffee
  • ¾ pound chocolate
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup Kaluha
  • ¼ cup fine sugar

Directions
  1. Add coffee to saucepan over low heat reduce coffee by half.
  2. In seperate pan burn off Kalula alcohol (Sorry, got to do it or will not freeze)
  3. Melt chocolate with cream and sugar in double boiler.
  4. Now add Kaluha to mixture and stir till mixture is blended perfectly(you’ll know when).
  5. Let cool.
  6. Pour into food processor, and process for approx 1 minute or until smooth.
  7. For creamier mixture and or for the chocoholic, add more chocolate.
  8. Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
  9. Scoop and serve.

Sounds soooo good!! I wish I could drink coffee, sometimes I do sneak a cup in without a problem.. Maybe more chocolate less coffee for me? :)

Oooh sounds delish! I am going to try this, but pour the mixture over some lady fingers in the container and turn it into a sort of tiramisu sorbet cake.


Added 1/4 pound more chocolate. Which gave this dessert a creamer texture. Definitely will make this again.
