Chocolate Espresso Sorbet

- 4 cups coffee shopping list
- ¾ pound chocolate shopping list
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
- ½ cup Kaluha shopping list
- ¼ cup fine sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Add coffee to saucepan over low heat reduce coffee by half.
- In seperate pan burn off Kalula alcohol (Sorry, got to do it or will not freeze)
- Melt chocolate with cream and sugar in double boiler.
- Now add Kaluha to mixture and stir till mixture is blended perfectly(you’ll know when).
- Let cool.
- Pour into food processor, and process for approx 1 minute or until smooth.
- For creamier mixture and or for the chocoholic, add more chocolate.
- Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
- Scoop and serve.
