How to make it

  • Add coffee to saucepan over low heat reduce coffee by half.
  • In seperate pan burn off Kalula alcohol (Sorry, got to do it or will not freeze)
  • Melt chocolate with cream and sugar in double boiler.
  • Now add Kaluha to mixture and stir till mixture is blended perfectly(you’ll know when).
  • Let cool.
  • Pour into food processor, and process for approx 1 minute or until smooth.
  • For creamier mixture and or for the chocoholic, add more chocolate.
  • Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
  • Scoop and serve.

    Added 1/4 pound more chocolate. Which gave this dessert a creamer texture. Definitely will make this again.

    oooh sounds delish! I am going to try this, but pour the mixture over some lady fingers in the container and turn it into a sort of tiramisu sorbet cake.

    Sounds soooo good!! I wish I could drink coffee, sometimes I do sneak a cup in without a problem.. Maybe more chocolate less coffee for me? :)
