Savory Grilled Fish

- 4 fish fillets (halibut, red snapper, scrod or other firm fish, should be kind of thick) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1tablespoon paprika shopping list
- 1/2 yeaspoon sugar shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 bunch cilantro or parsley, stemmed and chopped shopping list
- 1 fresh hot green chile pepper, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger root shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil shopping list
How to make it
- Wash fish and pat dry with paper towels. Lightly score fish. Place in shallow dish. Set aside.
- Mix together remaining ingredients,except oil. Process in food processor. Remove. Stir in oil until blended.
- Pour marinade over fish, turning to coat. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Remove fish from marinate.
- Grill over hot coals,6 to 10 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade until fish is done (time will depend on thickness of fish)

I made this Thursday night... used shark.. Wow.. good! Who ever gave you the low rating... does not know good! It's a 5'
