How to make it

  • Salt, Pepper, and Flour Porkchops. Add oil to Electric Skillet and brown porkchops. Add a slice of onion to top of each porkchop. Pour uncooked rice over porkchops and onions. Add a tomato and juice over rice and porkchops. You may have to add more water if there is not enough juice in the can of tomatoes. Cover and cook on low heat until porkchops are tender.

    Sounds yummy. My wife makes a similar dish with chicken, replacing the tomatoes with chicken & Rice, and Chicken Gumbo soups.
    I'll have to try the pork. Thanks for the post.
