Bhuna Qeema OR Karahi Mince

- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion,sliced shopping list
- 500 g minced meat shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger paste shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic paste shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes,chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 2-3 black peppercorns shopping list
- 4-5 cloves shopping list
- 1 large cardamom shopping list
- 1 inch piece cinnamon stick shopping list
- 1 tbsp crushed red chillies shopping list
- 1 tbsp crushed coriander shopping list
- 3 red chilli pods shopping list
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp salt shopping list
- 2 green chillies,finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a heavy based saucepan, add onion and stirring frequently fry until it is light brown about 5-8 minutes.
- Add minced meat, garlic and ginger paste. While stirring, fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes or until it turns brown.
- Now add all ingredients except green chillies and fresh coriander. Cook over medium heat for 20- 25 minutes.
- Then stirring frequently fry until all the moisture has evaporated and the oil separates.
- Garnish with green chilies and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with Nan/Chapati.
