How to make it

  • In saucepan, heat cider to a bubble.
  • In bowl, toss together remaining ingredients.
  • Slowly add cheeses to cider, stirring constantly until melted.
  • Transfer to fondue pot.
  • Serve with apple and pear wedges and crusty bread cubes.
