Baked Vegetable And Crab Wontons Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Knorr (Now I think it is Lipton) dry vegetable soup mix
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 40 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon or more vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Combine soup mix, Ricotta, garlic powder and ground black pepper.
  2. Cover and chill several hours to allow soup mix to soften.
  3. Fold in crabmeat.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon filling mixture in center of each wonton wrapper.
  5. Fold up each corner to center and seal with water brushed on edges.
  6. Arrange on rimmed baking sheet.
  7. Brush with oil. (Non-stick cooking spray can be used as well.)
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve with Duck or a sweet and sour sauce.
