Impressive; easy-to-make hors d'oeuvre: a warm creamy wheel of Brie nestled in a crust pastry and topped with fresh fruit. Complement with a glass of Alsace Reisling wine or Bordeaux wine (explanation of recipe seems longer than it takes)Mc Calls
