  • 1 grilled chicken
  • 150 g (1/3 lb) bacon
  • 200 g (7 oz) mushrooms
  • 2 dl (3/4 cup) cream
  • 1 dl (1/2 cup) creme fraiche
  • 1/2 dl (1/4 cup) chili sauce or ketchup
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 dl (1/4 cup) salted peanuts

Directions
  1. Turn the oven on to 225 C / 425 F / Gas mark 7
  2. Take the chicken meat off the bones and cut into smaller pieces (bite size). Put them in a ovenproof dish
  3. Slice the bacon finely and fry them in a pan, then let them drain off excess fat on a piece of kitchen paper
  4. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces anf fry them in a pan just for a minute
  5. Mix the cream, creme fraiche and chili sauce (or ketchup) and pour over the chicken
  6. Slice the bananas and put them on top of the chicken with the bacon and mushrooms
  7. Gratinate in the oven for 15-20 minutes, when half the time has passed pour the peanuts over the dish
  8. Serve with rice and a salad
