Blue Cheese Stuffed Fresh Apricots

- 1-1/2 cups blue cheese softened shopping list
- 12 slices French bread lightly toasted shopping list
- 12 fresh apricots shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fragrant honey shopping list
How to make it
- Split apricots open.
- Remove seeds and stuff with blue cheese.
- Spread some blue cheese on each piece of toasted bread.
- Lay an apricot on top of bread and drizzle with honey.
- Place in 300 degree oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
