A great step up with the deviled eggs! I found this recipe in a Tast of Home once and it has been a hit every time I have made it...

Ingredients
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, cleaned
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 2 Tb vinegar
  • 1 Tb sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 5 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions
  1. Slice eggs in half.
  2. Remove yolks and set aside whites.
  3. Mash yolks in a bowl with a fork and stir in mayo, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and salt.
  4. Fold in spicach and bacon.
  5. Spoon into the white halves.
  6. *Optional (sprinkle with coarse black pepper)
