Vegetable Slaw

A crisp, colorful, and delicious slaw made with fresh veggies and herbs. (Recipe from The "Isaac Mizrahi" show)
Ingredients
- 2 cups red cabbage shopping list
- 3 cups green cabbage shopping list
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots shopping list
- 1 cup sliced celery shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced thin shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced thin shopping list
- 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced thin shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thin shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mustard seeds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery seeds shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 3 tomatoes cut into wedges (add last) shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients together, toss very gently and serve. ( * I don't know how many this salad will serve. My guess would be 6 - 8, but it may be more).
