Strawberry Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups plain flour

1 tsp soda

1 tsp salt

3 tsp cinnamon

2 cups sugar

3 eggs, well-beaten

2 packages (10 oz ea) frozen strawberries, thawed

1 1/4 cups oil

1 1/4 cups chopped pecans

Directions

Stir dry ingredients in a large bowl, making a well in the center. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the well. Stir enough to dampen all ingredients. Pour into 2 greased, lightly floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 in. loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour, or until done. Cool before removing from pan.
