Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp each dried thyme and allspice
  • ½ tsp each celery salt, savoury and cinnamon
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • ½ lb ground veal
  • ½ lb ground turkey
  • 4 slices Oka cheese
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 4 crusty whole-grain rolls, split and toasted

Directions
  1. Oil grill and heat barbecue to medium.
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg with sour cream and Dijon.
  3. Stir in bread crumbs, seasonings and onion.
  4. Crumble in meat and gently mix.
  5. Divide into 4 portions and shape, slightly indenting the middle.
  6. Place burgers on barbecue. Grill with lid closed until meat is firm to the touch and completely cooked through, 6 to 8 min per side.
  7. Top with cheese and sweet chili sauce, tuck into crusty buns.
