How to make it

  • Grease a 9 x 13" glass (cake) dish with butter.
  • Combine sugar, butter, and milk in 2 1/2 qt. sauce pan.
  • Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  • Continue boiling about 5 min. over medium heat. KEEP STIRRING.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in chocolate chips until melted.
  • Add marshmallow creme and vanilla, and stir thoroughly.
  • Pour into dish and spread evenly. Allow to cool/harden (best if refrigerated overnight).
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

    I make this same recipe every year and give it away in holiday packages. I love this stuff! So creamy, not gritty at all.
